The member data that the Association holds is used for administration and communication purposes. This data is kept separate from the data the Royal Federation (RF) holds.

The RF data is what gets shown to the public when they search for a JP. The RF data is also used to maintain the JP’s accreditation status. The Association does not have access to the RF data – only you have access to that using your RF login username and password.

This separation means if your contact details change, you must let the Association know as well as changing the Federation data.

To update the details the Association holds, update your details below.

Change your Royal Federation data.

To change your details on the Federation website, click here to access the Member login.

Your Username is your lastname + JPnumber (lowercase, no spaces). If you have forgotten your password, or if nothing seems to happen when you enter your username and password, click Forgot Password and you will be sent an email to reset it.

If you have forgotten your JP number, or if your email has changed and you are no longer able to access the old email, this will not work so you should contact the Registrar.

After you login to the Federation website, there are a number of buttons that will be useful to you. Profile in the top black bar is the one to click to update your personal details.
